Module outlines below are the canonical Academy v1.2 baseline. Self-paced video plus exercises plus knowledge checks. Completion is measured by submission and pass, not watch-time.

Tier 0 · AI Business Baseline

All employees and leaders. Especially companies with no CTO/CIO/CISO or internal AI owner.

AI Operating Discipline Course

For
Operators, coordinators, analysts, admin leads, managers who own workflows, internal AI champions.

  • 1.1Where AI fits and where it ends. Choose appropriate AI workflow candidates.
  • 1.2Context engineering, not prompt engineering. Build reusable context for recurring tasks.
  • 1.3Reviewing AI output without becoming the bottleneck. Review AI output quickly and safely.
  • 1.4Verification scaffolding. Define human checks, AI checks, and source-of-truth checks.
  • 1.5Data exposure discipline. Decide what data may or may not enter AI tools.
  • 1.6The kill-criteria habit. Define when to stop an AI experiment.
  • 1.7Cost, latency, and tool literacy. Understand basic model and tool tradeoffs.
  • 1.8Failure mode recognition. Identify how AI silently breaks work.
  • 1.9Capstone workflow build. Redesign one real workflow with AI checkpoints.

Agentic Delegation Course

  • 2.5When to overrule, when to trust. Calibrate intervention without rubber-stamping.

  • 3.5The named-owner test. Assign ownership, checkpoints, and accountability.
  • 3.6Reading AI signals from the company. Understand what AI usage reveals about culture and bottlenecks.
  • 3.7Risk, reputation, and governance posture. Spot where AI decisions create enterprise risk.
  • 3.8Capstone decision review. Run an AI-assisted boardroom review on a live decision.

Workshop first, self-paced derived.

The Academy portal is in build. Workshop delivery is the primary channel today: closed-company groups of 6 to 10 candidates with a workshop cadence, exercises, and 1 to 2 office-hours-style check-ins per course. Self-paced versions land after the first workshop of each course is complete.
